Kidrobot.com has a strict Return / Cancelation Policy. All sales, including pre-order sales, are final with no refunds. Kidrobot may cancel/refund orders due to stock limitations, quality problems, inaccurate information from customers, fraud risk analysis, or any other reason. For defective products purchased at Kidrobot.com, customers are advised to contact Customer Service within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt and provide the order number, reason for return, and a return e-mail address. If the damage qualifies for an exchange, Kidrobot will exchange it for a non-damaged item if one is available. If a replacement is not available, Kidrobot will offer an alternate item or full store credit for a future purchase.

In terms of the Shipping Policy, Kidrobot offers free standard USA shipping on orders $75 or more, which applies to the continental USA and does not apply to oversized packages. All sales are final at Kidrobot.com. Kidrobot will not modify, reroute, or cancel an order once placed. In-stock orders placed by noon CT are normally processed and shipped by the warehouse within approximately 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed.
